We've been talking a lot about "social distancing" lately. I much prefer the idea of needing physical distance and social intimacy. Now we need one another more than ever.
In my free group, the Circle of Resilient and Thriving Pet Pros, I’ll be having free weekly sessions called "group hugs" for the foreseeable future. These are Zoom calls where you can join in and participate, share your thoughts and feelings, and look for your next steps.
