You are Enough.

Always. Just as you are.

You are Enough is a three-part, interactive workshop designed to help pet pros stop hustling for their worth, own their gifts, and finally see their impact. Come prepared for activities, discussion, and self-discovery!

The workshop includes three 90-minute interactive, recorded sessions (plus an optional, just-for-fun 30-minute hangout after each)

Part 2: Wednesday, July 26, 2023, 3:00-4:30 pm ET

Part 3: Monday, July 31, 2023, 3:00-4:30 pm ET

  • Explore 7 good reasons you don't feel like enough
  • Discover how owning your worth helps others
  • Practice stepping into your gifts
  • Reframe negative thoughts to be helpful--and believable
  • See yourself more clearly

Who is this workshop for?

  • Does it seem like you’re surrounded by people who are really good at their work, confident in their abilities, and far more successful than you?
  • Do you find yourself thinking that you don’t measure up? That you need to work even harder to make sure you don’t let anyone down?
  • Are you always signing up for another course because you don’t think you know enough now?
  • Are you exhausted from trying to meet everyone else’s needs? Do you feel cranky and exhausted? Are you too depleted to show up for your loved ones and for yourself the way you’d like to?
  • Is it hard for you to accept a compliment? Do you secretly believe that if they knew what was going on beneath the surface, they wouldn’t say such nice things about you?

If you fit one of these categories, this workshop is for you! Grab your spot now!

Who is this NOT for?

People who have more confidence than they know what to do with, so they don't ever worry about making a mistake.

People whose inner voices are consistently encouraging, supportive, and kind, so they throw themselves into new experiences feeling certain they'll be welcome and wanted.

People who are certain that they have all the skills they need for whatever life brings their way, so they never experience hesitation or doubt in unfamiliar situations.

The Nitty-Gritty Details

Do I need to be at all 3 sessions? Or can I choose from one of the 3 dates?

I'll be presenting different material at each of the sessions, so you need to watch all three to get all of the content and context of this workshop. You do not, however, need to attend the sessions live.

Do I have to attend live?

These sessions will be recorded, so if you can't join us in real time, you will get the recording.

But if you can attend live, please do! You'll get more out of the sessions when you are participating and interacting with others. It's so much richer that way, I promise.

What if I miss a session and don't have time to watch the recording before the next one?

Come anyway! You, just as you are, always have something to contribute to the group, whether or not you're up to date with the sessions. You can go back and catch up with what you missed later, but you can't ever catch up or hit pause on a live experience. You've gotta be there to have it, so come. Participate!

If I can't attend any of the live sessions, is it still worth signing up?

That depends. If you are someone who learns well via video and who is motivated to take action, yes, please sign up anyway, even if you can't attend the live sessions.

However, I can't tell you how many of my coaching clients feel the weight of unwatched conference videos as a burden and another thing on their endless to-do lists. I don't want that to happen to you with a workshop designed to help you feel good about yourself!

If that's likely, maybe it's best to wait for next time. I plan to offer this again because (perhaps you've noticed) a lot of pet pros can't see their own magic!

What's the difference between the 90-minute recorded sessions and the optional, just-for-fun hangout?

The 90-minute sessions will include a variety of activities: explanations of concepts, time for you to gather your own ideas, and small-group discussions to get a fuller understanding of key points. These elements form the official workshop, and they will be recorded. (If I opt to use Zoom breakout rooms for small-group discussions, the breakout rooms will not be included in the session recording.)

There will be a structure to these 90-minute sessions.

I don't know what will happen in the 30-minute hangouts.

Perhaps some people will have questions about the material. Maybe they'll want to keep talking with one another about something that came up in their small-group conversation. Maybe someone will have a thought they'd like to share. Or one of us may want to introduce two people we know to each other. Anything goes.

The 30-minute hangouts will not be recorded. They are completely optional; there's no requirement to stay. And I will be setting a timer to ensure that I don't get caught up in the fun and lose track of time.

If you'd like to participate in these sessions, I don't know what will happen, but I bet you'll enjoy it. And I promise to wrap things up at 5:00 pm ET.

Engaging, relatable, and fun

If you haven't heard Colleen Pelar present, you're missing out! Banish the days of monotone speakers in a darkened room boring everyone to tears. Colleen is a passionate educator with a great presentation style that's engaging, relatable, and fun. You'll learn and almost certainly laugh out loud. I recommend her wholeheartedly!
