How it works

  • You’ll get an email from me every Friday through December 30, 2022.
  • Each contains a message for you to ponder and three questions designed to focus your attention on how you are showing up for yourself currently and what will help you in the coming week.
  • Answer the questions in your journal, discuss them with a friend, or even share your thoughts aloud to your dog. How you choose to answer the questions is up to you; it's the thinking that counts!
  • Coaching every week until the end of the year. Imagine the power of so many reps for improving your behavior. The sooner you begin, the sooner you'll feel the way you want to feel.
  • I have intentionally designed this program to be a flexible, affordable option for busy pet pros. The program works, and you're worth it.

Yes, this is the 2022 HYHO cohort. I’ll create a new one for 2023. You'll be invited to continue your growth in the HYHO community next year. We'll all keep learning and growing together. ?


Do you have a refund policy?

Yes, try out the program for a month. Give it a sincere effort. If you don’t think it’s right for you, let me know before the first Friday of the following month and I’ll refund your money.


Do I have to share my answers in the community?

No! You don’t have to share anything you don’t want to.

You can be a valued member of the HYHO community by supporting and encouraging others, even if you choose not to share your own progress.

But you won’t get the magic bonus questions for deeper thought. I write my bonus questions for each person individually based on the answers to the weekly email that they share in the community.
