Learning to show up for yourself with the same grace and kindness that you show others is challenging, but so important. Every 2-3 months, I gather a group of pet professionals gathers for a supportive and affirming program about real-life challenges.
These sessions address issues that matter to you with a new topic each time (taking time for yourself, establishing clear boundaries, managing anxious thoughts, etc.). You will be inspired by the thoughts that others share, and they will learn from you as well.
